I'm Lucian, founder of The Why House — a hospitality consultancy shaped by nearly a decade of first-hand experience in the restaurant industry.

My career began at the very bottom — washing dishes, polishing cutlery, and watching service unfold from the back of the house. I worked my way up through prestigious venues, learning every role along the way. From managing high-volume restaurants and bars to leading teams under pressure, I've lived both the highs and the lows of hospitality.

That journey gave me a unique perspective: true hospitality isn't just about food or service — it's about people, psychology, and precision. It's about creating moments that guests remember, teams are proud to deliver, and owners can sustain profitably.
